  • Michel Lassonde

    Mr. Lassonde serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the Trust. A former judge of the Québec Court (1991–2008), he was also the founder and President of Canadian Net REIT (Fronsac REIT), a growth-oriented REIT listed on the TSX Venture Exchange from 2011 to 2015, and served as Chair of its Board of Directors from 2014 to 2020.

  • Luc Poirier

    Mr. Poirier has been President of Les Placements Luc Poirier Ltd. since 2003. He brings over 30 years of experience in real estate investment and actively contributes to the Trust's expansion.

  • André Verrier

    Mr. Verrier is a Chartered Professional Accountant and the founder and President of Verritex Inc., an advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and real estate for SMEs—a role he has held since 2007.

  • Richard Morrison

    Mr. Morrison is Managing Director and President of IRR Conseil, a Québec-based advisory firm. He previously served as Associate Director at Roynat Inc. (Scotiabank), as well as Managing Director and President of IRR Capital Inc. (2008–2020) and IRR Conseil Inc. (2011–2020).

  • Wassim Labateya

    Mr. Labateya is a real estate broker and holds an RBQ license. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions across commercial, industrial, and institutional assets.

    With expertise in both brokerage and construction, he brings a strategic and disciplined approach to the development of high-performing, value-driven real estate projects.

    Prior to founding his own companies, he was a founding partner at FIT Ventures, where he oversaw large-scale real estate investments and contributed to the growth of the firm's asset portfolio.
